2. Information We Collect

• Account information: Your name, email address, and password (stored as an encrypted hash) when you register.
• Usage data: Questions you ask the AI tutor, subjects and chapters accessed, 3D scenes viewed, and session activity.
• Voice input: Audio captured when you use voice tutoring is processed in real time and is not stored on our servers.
• Payment information: Subscription plan and payment status. Transactions are processed by Razorpay — we do not store your card or bank details.
• Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and app version — used for security and debugging.

3. Children's Privacy

BidhyaAI is designed for students of Class 6 and above, which may include children under 13 years of age. If your child is under 13, a parent or guardian must review and consent to this Privacy Policy before the child creates an account or uses the app.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without consent, please contact us at opo2009@gmail.com and we will delete that data promptly.

Your data is stored on a secure VPS server. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes and are never readable by us. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.

We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required for legal or financial compliance.
